Even with funny antenna sticking out of their heads, the kids looked unnaturally old to me in this photo. When I was reviewing my pictures, I kept looking at this one and my brain was having a hard time processing what my eyes were seeing. How is it that a camera lens can capture things that maybe you just don't want to believe are happening (like getting fat...LOL). I just can't believe how fast my babies are growing up and I wish time would just slow down!
BTW, it's National Library Week, so that's why they have on the lovely head ornaments. Everyday this week they have a special theme like wearing your clothes inside-out and backwards. Jack was doing that particular day when we went back to the ER to have his stitches removed (which was AWFUL). I wondered if that explained to the staff why he had fallen in the first place...they realized this kid doesn't know how to properly dress himself and a mother who apparently doesn't care enough to fix it! LOL... Surely this child must of tripped on his own clothes!
